all of our gemstones are 100% natural.
- Are any of your stones treated or enhanced?

natural colored gemstones are treated or enhanced (such
as heating) to intensify the color, diminish imperfections
or improve
durability or clarity. Such treatments are stable and
permanent and widely accepted in the trade. SilStone.com
practices
full disclosure of known or suspected enhancements for
each gemstone we sell.
- Are the photographs appearing on your
Website actual photographs of the gemstones I will
be purchasing?
Absolutely.
The photographs you see on the Website are actual photographs
of each of the gemstones in our collection,
which, by
the way, never actually seem to be able to measure up
to the visual beauty of the gemstone!
- How can you prepare a shipment so quickly
after receiving my order?
All of the gemstones you see on our Website belong
to SilStone.com
we do not "broker" third-party gemstones.
So, we are always assured of the quality of the gemstones
we sell and can quickly retrieve them for shipment
or if we don't have them in stock than we inform you
that this item is OUT OF STOCK. And we try our best
for make that item very urgently.

The prices shown are considerably lower than retail,
how can you assure me that I will receive top quality
stones?
Every stone cannot be the very best. However, every
purchase will represent good value commensurate with
the quality. Our gems are available in a wide range
of colors, qualities, shapes and sizes. If you don't
see it on line, send us an e-mail. We may be able
to help.
- Do you participate in any Gem Shows?
Yes we participate in some gem shows in INDIA,
and HONG KONG for details check upcoming
events.

you can order from the wide range of items shown on
the site. The products will be delivered at the address
given by you, according to your specifications.
- How can I place an order/make the payment?
You are requested to follow the following steps to
place your order:
- Identify an item of your choice from
our online product catalog.
- Fill in the quantity and add it to
your shopping cart using "Add to Cart"
button
- Once you have added all the products
you wish to buy, click on Checkout button
- You will be prompted to verify your
order and proceed further for giving your Personal
details, billing and shipping information.
- Can I fax my order?
We accept retail orders generated ONLINE ONLY. At
present, we do not offer a facility for order by fax.
However, we do accept WHOLESALE ORDERS through e-mail

- Are the items dispatched as per the display
on webpage?
Since our products are handmade, the product specifications
(weight, size, color etc.) mentioned with the product
photos are only approximate. Hence, there may be a
slight variation in the pictures and the respective
products. SilStone.com,
in its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar
/ alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond
its control. At the same time SilStone.com
will make all possible efforts to make its services
delightful for you.
Note: Accessories shown (if any) are not a part of
the product unless specified. They may or may not
be shipped with the product.
- What is the mode of delivery?
Delivery of orders is made through renowned courier
services - DHL, FedEx, and EMS.
- How do I know that my gift has been dispatched?
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of
your order, as soon as the items are handed over to
the courier agency, along with the Consignment number
under which it has been shipped. If you want to call
the courier agency, to follow up, you can use this
number.
Confirmation through e-mail shall be sent to you after
your gift has been dispatched. You may also receive
duplicates of the confirmation e-mail; this is to
make sure that u get the mail.
- Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?
You can cancel only those orders which have not yet
left our premises. Once the Order leaves our premises,
we will not be able to cancel your order. To cancel
your order mail to info@silstone.com
with subject "Cancel request: and your transaction
number".
Example- "Cancel Request: 0608/12/45".

- Return Policy
Goods once dispatched shall not be returned on any
